Congratulations to Professor Glenn Peers, who recently participated in a panel discussion on his new book as part of the the “Albright Live” Virtual Workshop series on YouTube.

The discussion was in response to Animism, Materiality, and Museums: How Do Byzantine Things Feel? by Glenn Peers (ARC Humanities Press, 2021).

Panelist comments and discussion were offered by Joseph Salvatore Ackley (Wesleyan University), Donato Loia (University of Texas at Austin), Andrea Mattiello (Christies Education London), Glenn Peers (Syracuse University), and Shannon Steiner (Binghamton University). The panel was moderated by Aaron Greener.
