Julia Zeh, a Ph.D. student in biology and member of the Bioacoustics and Behavioral Ecology Lab, led by Professor Susan Parks, was a guest on the popular children's show Wild Kratts. In the episode, titled Our Blue and Green World, Zeh spoke with the Kratt brothers during a field research trip to Hawaii in 2023. She discussed how she and other members of their team use acoustic tagging to gain insights about whale communication and behavior.
