1873 Hall of Languages with Horse and Buggies.

The Hall of Languages was dedicated on May 8, 1873. It was designed by Horatio Nelson White in the Second Empire architectural style.

Gridley Building in downtown Syracuse.

It bears a striking resemblance to the Gridley Building in downtown Syracuse, also designed by White.

The Hall of Languages was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
