Keshav Singh to Join the Dept!

Keshav Singh will join the dept as an assistant professor in the Fall of 2020. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2020. He works primarily in ethics and epistemology. He has wide-ranging interests in those areas, as well as related parts of social and political philosophy, and the philosophy of mind and action. Much of his research so far has focused on understanding the foundations of normative standards for actions and attitudes, and what it is to be creditworthy for complying with those standards. Recently, he has become increasingly interested in applying some of his previously developed views to social and political issues such as the nature of discrimination.

His web page can be found here: https://www.keshavsingh.com
