Language and Teaching Interests

Eva brings her long career of International teaching experience of 24 years, where she taught English and Hebrew as a second Language and Arabic for Native speakers at the Ministry of Education in Israel, and by bringing her passion of teaching to the classroom, Eva Phillips has proven her ability to bridge the language and cultural gaps with students in order to allow for a positive relationship among a diverse group of people. She stresses a conversational approach in her Arabic classes and encourages students to practice manipulation of the language. She has been successful in transferring her passion for teaching to her students who will now have the ability to carry the Arabic language with them as they move forward in their careers.
