Research and Teaching Interests
Michael Rieppel primarily works in the philosophy of language, philosophical logic, and metaphysics. Some of his recent research has been on properties and predication, predicative quantification, referential expressions, and attitude reports. He's also interested in areas at the intersection of philosophy of language and philosophy of mind, and in the history of early analytic philosophy.
