Biology Department Engages in Local Outreach
Students, postdocs, faculty use grant to promote understanding of evolutionary biology
Members of the Department of Biology are using a grant award from the Society for the Study of Evolution to engage in local and regional educational outreach activities. One project involves Ph.D. student Caitlin McDonough and postdoctoral fellow Matthew Rubin, members of the University's Center for Reproductive Evolution, who volunteer at an after-school program at the Westcott Community Center.
