Students in the Art of Romanticism (HOA 458), taught by prof Romita Ray, had a wonderful session with Courtney Asztalos yesterday, in Special Collections. They studied daguerreotypes, tin types, ambrotypes, and plastic cases for daguerreotypes alongside works by Julia Margaret Cameron and Edward Curtis.
