The principal functions of the Student Records Office (SRO) are monitoring student progress toward degree requirements and certifying their completion, evaluating transfer credits, conducting annual degree audits and advising on the Liberal Arts Core and general college requirements of all Arts and Sciences undergraduates.

We advise students about:

• Petitions

• Liberal Arts Core requirements

• Leave of Absences/Withdrawals/Re-admits

• Declaration of majors/minors

• Academic deadlines

• Add/Drop/Withdrawals

Services Provided

The services offered by the Student Records Office include:

• Academic rules and regulations information

• Transfer credit information and evaluation

• Maintenance of student records.

• Aid in understanding academic probation status.
