    Research and Teaching Interests

    Ms. Patulski  is an instructor of ESOL and has taught all levels of the ENL courses offered in the  department. She has  taught in corporate, intensive English, and adult education programs and  teaches in Syracuse University's graduate school teaching assistant orientation program. Recently she has spent summers in Tczew, Poland teaching English  through  the Ministry of Education, UNESCO and the Kosciuszko Foundation. Her academic interest is in the spoken discourse of international students.

    Other Interests

    Ms. Patulski has served on the executive board and chaired the higher education special interest group of the NYS TESOL organization. She enjoys working with refugees and migrant farm workers in the CNY area. She worked to endow a scholarship at Baldwinsville High School and Le Moyne College in memory of John Noll. She has earned a black belt in karate and is currently studying Polish.
